About the Role
We’re looking for a Unity Developer to help us in the whole process of Unity-based mobile game development from ideation to release. You’ll play a key role in providing and implementing solutions to new ideas that will define the future of online entertainment. If you love working with cloud tech, solving complex problems, and supporting a growing game with an active player base, this role is for you.
Your Future Responsibilities
- Contribute to full-stack development with Unity frontend, Azure backend functions, shared domain logic, and database integration, including tool development
- Produce technical specifications and manage the overall code development process
- Participate in the content creation pipeline and find ways to optimize/ automate workflows
- Use diagnostic tools to examine the current content and identify areas for improvement
- Take ownership of any step in the software development process, from design to maintenance
- Maintain code quality across multiple game development environments: compliance of the laid conventions and code review.
- Collaborate with the art and design team to ensure high-quality code is delivered in line with the project goals
- Testing new features, such as the engine, server, development tools, and others, throughout the whole development process.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Unity development workflows and software development processes
- Proficiency in C# Language
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Experience in an Agile environment
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with MS Azure and MySQL
- Background in game development or a passion for rock/heavy metal RPGs
- Understanding of mobile game monetization and in-app purchase systems
- BSc (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
