About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Coordinator to help grow Rock Kommander’s online presence and keep our player community active. In this role, you’ll help execute marketing plans, create engaging content for our social channels, and manage and moderate our Discord community. You’ll be part of the marketing team, turning campaigns and events into fun, on-brand posts that connect with our players.
Your Future Responsibilities
- Help execute marketing plans and campaigns across all platforms
- Write and schedule daily posts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube
- Keep the Discord server active and friendly through posts, chats, and events
- Moderate the community across all channels
- Engage with followers and players in comments and messages
- Come up with interactive social ideas like polls, quizzes, and short videos
- Support ongoing campaigns, collaborations, and giveaways
- Track social performance and prepare short reports
- Track that partners and artists post agreed-upon content on time
Requirements
- Experience in social media or community management
- Good copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone of voice
- Strong Discord knowledge, including moderation and community management
- Excellent English writing and communication
- Familiar with managing content across major social platforms
- Organized, proactive, and able to follow plans and schedules
- Based in CET time zone (+/− 1 hour)
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with mobile games or entertainment brands
- Basic visual editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
- Interest in rock, metal, or punk music culture
