About the Role
We’re looking for a LiveOps Designer to join the team behind Rock Kommander. You’ll help shape player experiences by designing and optimizing in-game events, offers, and monetization features. Working closely with our developers, designers, and marketing team, you’ll make sure the game stays engaging and fun while driving key performance metrics like retention and revenue.
Your Future Responsibilities
- Design and schedule in-game events and content
- Balance game features, rewards, and progression systems
- Collaborate with UI/UX and Art teams to build event assets
- Support and refine monetization systems
- Improve game systems based on player feedback, data, and business needs
- Propose creative features and adjustments that align with Rock Kommander’s vision
Requirements
- 3+ years in Game Design, Product Management, or Systems Design (F2P focus)
- Experience with mobile RPGs and LiveOps mechanics
- Solid understanding of player behavior, in-game economy, and monetization
- Ownership mindset and cost/benefit thinking
- Strong English communication skills (B2+)
- Ability to break down and evaluate gameplay systems
- Proficient in Excel or similar tools
- Based in the CET time zone (+/- 1 hour)
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Unity
- Passion for rock, punk, or metal music scenes
- Familiarity with Figma, XD, or similar design tools
