About the Role
We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us scale and support our Unity-based mobile games. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining our infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and automation tools. If you love working with cloud tech, solving complex problems, and supporting a growing game with an active player base—this role is for you.
Your Future Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Unity-based mobile applications
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure for scalability and reliability
- Develop and maintain tools for automating game DLC updates from Excel catalogs
- Ensure the integrity and security of backend systems using Redis and MySQL
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues using Amplitude and other analytics tools
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment efficiency and system reliability
- Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to ensure system health
Requirements
- Strong experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure automation
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
- Experience managing databases and caching systems (MySQL and Redis)
- Familiarity with Unity development workflows and game deployment processes
- Ability to develop tools for processing and updating game data from Excel catalogs
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Docker or other containerization tools
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with analytics and monitoring tools such as Amplitude
- Background in game development or a passion for rock/heavy metal RPGs
- Understanding of mobile game monetization and in-app purchase systems
- BSc (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
